In our business, when customers are not thinking of us, that is typically a good sign. It means we are delivering on our promise of ensuring our customers have high-quality, dependable water service. We also help our customers by developing infrastructure plans, making upgrades, as well as operating and maintaining water lines, wastewater systems and our water treatment plant. It is more than just working with our customers. It is working with the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation, Division of Water Supply, The Corp of Engineers, elected officials, engineers, developers, and contractors to make sure we meet our customers’ needs and make wise investments in the future.
