If you currently use an online billing service or bank, please allow a minimum of seven business days for your payment to reach our office through the mail.
Payments can be made by using a checking or savings account at no charge. You will need your routing number and account number to use this option. You can also pay by using a credit/debit card (American Express, Master Card or Visa) via the internet or telephone. Customers will be automatically linked to a third party and will be required to pay a processing fee of $2.00. If the bill is greater than $400.00 an additional fee of $2.00 will be added for every increment of $400.00 for the total of the bill. Consolidated Utility District does not keep any portion of these fees.
Visit "Manage Your Account Online" located on our Home Page, for online access to your account. For first time setup, you will need to input the name (do not use any periods or dashes), account number, customer number and billing zip code as it appears on the bill.
When you have successfully signed up, a password will be sent to your email address. Passwords are case sensitive so you may want to copy and paste the password from your email into the Sign-in page. Once you have successfully signed into your account, you can change your password.
When making a payment, be sure to write down the reference code as receipt that your payment was successfully submitted. If you receive an error message do not try resubmitting the payment as this may cause your account to be debited twice. If this occurs please contact Consolidated Utility District by phone on the next business day between the hours of 8:00a.m. to 4:30p.m. or via email at email@example.com for assistance.
Electronic Check Presentment
What is an electronic check?
An electronic check is an electronic version of a paper check. Electronic checks allow merchants to convert paper check payments made by customers to electronic payments that are processed through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network. Simply put, it’s a fast, efficient, and secure way to process check payments.
What if I do not want my check to be used for electronic check conversion?
If you do not want your check to be converted to an electronic check, you have the ability to opt out. This means your check will be processed as a traditional paper check. To opt out, you must fill out the electronic check presentment opt-out form and submit it to our office or click (here) to submit online.
You may pay your bill by calling CUD at 615/893-7225. You may choose to pay your bill by talking to a Customer Service Representative or through the automated payment system by pressing option 4.
